Healthy Middle Eastern: Tabboole Salad

A detoxified salad is a tabbule salad recipe of tomato, olive oil and lemon juice, which is served with a parsley and a lemon juice.

Salad recipe, which is also served with tandoori baked bread, can be a diet on its own.

Ingredients:

  • 2 bunches of parsley
  • 1 bunch fresh mint
  • 6 fresh onions
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon fine bulgur
  • 1,5 tea glasses hot water
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate sour (according to desire)
  • 1/2 tea spoon salt

Directions:

Just take a thin bulgur glass bowl you washed once. After you have soaked it in hot water, close the mouth and wait for 15 minutes for swelling.

Wash it in plenty of water, cut off the parsley and the fresh mint with your stems to fine-tune your water. Thinly cut the fresh onions.

Divide the tomatoes into four small pieces.

Get all of the ingredients you’ve got in a deep salad bowl. Sprinkle and blend the softened bulgur and salad ingredients.

For salatane sauce; Olive oil, lemon juice, pomegranate juice and salt in a small bowl, then transfer to the salad bowl.

Take the salad, which you have mixed thoroughly, on the serving tray and serve without waiting.
