Chinese Tea and its Benefits

There is not a single kind of Chinese tea that Milano believed to have been discovered by the Chinese Emperor Shennong in 2737. Chinese tea, white, green, oolong, red and fermented are divided into five categories. Tea, named Chinese tea, may be any or all of these plants.

Ferment Tea: Also known as black tea. Dipping takes longer than other types of tea, taste is a little heavier. When black tea is consumed regularly, it burns excess fat and regulates the hormones. Because it contains strong antioxidants, it strengthens the defense mechanism of the body and is recommended for those who are easily ill.
