Materials

  • For the croquettes:
  • 500 grams gruyere cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams galeta flour
  • 200 gram flour
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • To roast: 1/2 cup of oil

Trick

Slice the gruyere cheese while it is cold. You are more comfortable with this.

How is it done?
