Excessive sweating treatments

Sweating is a natural act that occurs throughout the day and is performed by the body. This condition, which is seen in all healthy people, protects the body’s water, salt and heat balance. It can be a symptom of an abnormality in the superficial levels.

Excessive sweating is called hyperhidrosis in the medical language. This condition, also called sweating disorder, causes excessive wetness in the body. Sweating is what the body does to stay cool. Apart from physical activities, sweating also occurs in emotional changes such as shame, anger, and irritability. The problem of excessive sweating can be a genetic disorder. Cancer, tuberculosis, psychological problems, spinal cord injuries, paralysis, menopause and cardiovascular diseases are common diseases that are frequently seen.

Among the reasons for excessive sweating, nutrition has an important place. Products with spicy foods, hot air and onions, foods containing garlic, alcohol, caffeine, etc., trigger perspiration. Very sweaty people should stay away from these foods. Consumption of green leafy fresh vegetables should be increased at meals. These foods are good for excessive sweating.

Herbal solutions against excessive sweating may also be preferred. Foods that contain magnesium and vitamin B provide fluid instability and therefore lift excess perspiration. Fruits and vegetables such as broccoli, parsley, carrots, apples and bananas have an important place in healthy feeding and sweating. Consuming 6 or 8 glasses of water during the day also prevents excessive sweating as it is necessary in terms of body balance.

According to experts, drinking one cup of tomato juice every morning is a very ideal method for the natural treatment of hyperplasia. Antioxidant-rich tomatoes regulate the function of sweat glands.
Grape is also a good source of excessive sweating. The island tea, which keeps the body cool and sweetened with honey, which regulates the operation of sweat glands, contributes to solving this problem.

Excessive sweating will be lost during the day if the underarms are washed with carbonates and apple circles. However, drinking a cup of green tea in the morning and evening also contributes to the production of antioxidants, thus preventing sweating. Eucalyptus and walnut leaf can also be used for excessive sweating.
