Ravioli Recipe

For the pulp:

  • One and a half cup of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

For mortar:

  • 200 grams of mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

For lemon icing:

  • 1 lemon juice
  • Shredded peel of 1 lemon
  • 1 can of cream

Knead the flour, eggs and salt thoroughly for 6-7 minutes. Divide the dough in half and open each piece so that it does not tear with the roller. Avoid frequent flaking and sticking. For the mortar, chop the chopped mushrooms in olive oil. Adjust the salt and remove from the stove. Take one tablespoon of the mortar and place it on the first pulp intermittently. Close the second dough and press gently. Cut it with a mold of your choice and keep it from sticking. Take the tray and cover it for 10 minutes. Boil for 4 minutes in boiled water with salt added. Filter the water and place it on the serving plate. For lemon custard cream, lemon juice and grated lemon peel bring to a boil. Rinse the hot sauce over the ravioli and serve.
