Note the following tips to get the most original version of this classic Peruvian cocktail:

Tip 1: Very chalky juice is very important. In many recipes, lemon juice, probably. There is a translation error from lemon spanish. Limones are in fact small South American lime, similar to key lime (also known as “Peruvian lemon”).

Tip 2: Remember that the lime skin is a little bitter and sour essential oils, so make sure that the meat will look down and not run while squeezing your lime. In addition, after squeezing the lime into your drink, do not drop the flavor as a garnish in a tangy manner.

Tip 3: This tip is important for making Pisco sour. Keep simple syrup really simple. You can use any recipe for the simple syrup you want, but the easiest and softest option is to give up the odor of sweeteners, artificial sweeteners or expensive syrups and make only 1: 1 ratio of sugar and sugar to sugar.
